In order to secure dimensional stability and durability within the products, engineered timbers are used. The three core lamination process of the timbers reduces the risk of twisting and warping. As timber is a natural product there can be what are known as ‘natural defects’ such as knots and shakes. The lamination process removes these defects to provide a longer lasting surface finish.
